OUR FAMILY IS ORIGINALLY FROM ROMAGNA and has been running the hotel kitchen since 1967, making sure to offer its guests the best of Romagna's cuisine every day. Pasta varieties such as cappelletti, strozzapreti, tagliatelle, tagliolini, tortelloni and many other products made in our artisanal kitchen, according to the recipes of our grandmother Giuseppina, who is 103 years old.
