The project aimed to modernise the premises and introduce home automation, thereby reducing energy consumption and emissions. These improvements have made the hospitality offering more flexible and customisable, in line with customers’ economic and environmental needs. The initiative therefore responds to new trends in local tourism, offering sustainable and bespoke experiences for visitors."
The project was carried out thanks to European funding from the Emilia-Romagna Region
